How to set up an account on Acuity Scheduler, and thereafter log in to book, and see your appointment details/history.

Please note: Accounts set up when purchasing gift cards, memberships, or at any other place on our site other than the booking page, belong to a different system and are separate accounts. This could be why your login is not recognized.

  1. Go to www.floatrochester.com or www.floatsyracuse.com, and click “Book now”, found at the top menu.

2. If you’re setting up an account for the first time, the opportunity will be presented AFTER you complete booking your appointment. Therefore, complete the entire booking process, including payment. After successfully booking, you should see this screen:

3. Click “Register for an Account”, the button found under the orange “Cancel” or “Reschedule” buttons. The next screen should look like this:

4. Here is where you set up an account for Acuity Scheduler. Once you’ve signed up, you can use the username and password when booking. The prompt to login to your account is very small and easy to miss! It reads “Returning? Log in”, in the upper right screen. The screen to look for is this:

5. If you’ve forgotten your password, there will be the option to reset it once you make a wrong attempt:
